How do I place an order for home delivery?
You can shop directly on our website by adding items to your cart and selecting a delivery time slot that works for you. Our team will hand-pick your groceries and deliver them to your doorstep.
What is your policy on product freshness?
We guarantee the freshness of all our perishables. Our staff is trained to select only the highest quality produce, meats, and dairy. If you are ever unsatisfied with the quality of an item, please contact us for a replacement or refund.
What payment methods do you accept online?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I use my Trucchi's loyalty card for online purchases?
Yes! You can link your loyalty card number to your online account to earn points and take advantage of member-only discounts and digital coupons.
What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
During checkout, you can choose to allow substitutions. If an item is unavailable, we will provide a similar product of equal or greater value. If you opt out of substitutions, you will simply not be charged for the missing item.
What is the return policy for grocery items?
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods once delivered. However, for non-perishable items, you may return them to any Trucchi's Supermarket location within 14 days with your digital receipt.
